Hi guys.. my family has been looking forward to this activity and I tried booking on the official website. I tried to book the slot immediately when it was released at 8am. I got through to the part for personal particulars and credit card details and submitted it. My card was charged 11 yen but I did not get any confirmation email. I sent in an inquiry to check and they said my reservation was not found in their records..

really disappointed.. and quite upset with the laggy website

is there any other way to get tickets?
