Uttar khanda is not a canon event and it is also not included in the original valmiki ramayana. It was later added by people. Also events/character in Uttar khanda contradicts so many Event/character including lord Rama's and Sita maa's character.

Also when Ramanand Sagar made ramayana he initially didn't included uttar Khanda in the original series when the show ended, people started sending him letter about uttar khanda and forced him to make one. Below I have added a interview of him where is says he also didn't believe in uttar khand but made it cause of people.
