I recently had a TBI c&p exam. The doctor wrote in DBQ that I had a head injury with face laceration sent to hospital for medical attention with head x-rays. The examiner denied me TBI because nothing the doctor in his notes said concussion or protocol and on my exit health documents I check box no for head injuries in the 90's.. I told them doctor is was in the middle of no were when I was hurt and flown to major hospital, so if my head wasn't serious why was I flown out and given all the test? but he denied me. On the side note opinion is that im rated for PTSD already, I had a PTSD c&p exam for PTSD review due to TBI . The examiner stated my PTSD has worsen since my last review and rated me higher on my DBQ..since got denied TBI will they raise my PTSD rating or no because I didn't ask for increase?

I applied for TBI claim. The VA made be have a PTSD review of my rating as a punishment . Then I went to my TBI C&P exam in Detroit. I waited 1 hour for the doctor. He came in and didn't want to hear any of my DBQ symptoms, did even want to hear nothing..I started question the exam abd he checked if I could feel his touch on my legs , didn't even ask about my medical issues. Just my documents military records of my head issue. He said I had everything filled out already, we are done here on after 10 minutes. My VSO stated that this doctor denied my claim because yes I had document incident in my military records, but when I exited the military at 21 I signed my medical exit paperwork that at that time I had no issues . I even showed him that the VA doctor treating me for TBI. And im rated for migraine from my head trauma.. so what should I do?
