the first image is what I'm trying to sort out. I have the shield figured out, but I'm trying to figure out the collar. It resembles the collar of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George, of which he appears to be a Grand Knight (wearing insignia in full painting) but it seems different from the one attached. Maybe it's an older version, or one exclusive to a particular region? The man in the painting is Johannes Evangelist Virgilio Coudenhove-Kalergi Von Ronspergheim. Thanks in advance!
