adobe dynamic link problem

i have been trying to connect my premiere to adobe after effects using dynamic link but having my compostion from premiere into my after effects it's just doesnt add up can you tell me what settings i should do or what wrong am i doing ?

whats with this cliping campaign i have been seeing a lol lately regarding do they get paid even to promoote such work?

mostly people tend to gatekeep such high earning methods if there were such but i see it a lot lately which seems suspicious to me?
