So, in my state you only need a HS diploma and a couple college credits to apply for these jobs, which still shocks me.
I am curious what does training entail and how long do they train you for, when you are working at a larger county Medical Examiner's office? (I understand it can vary somewhat)
I am assuming you shadow at first, but how quickly do they have you start making incisions, etc? From some of my reading on here, they sound pretty cut throat (no pun intended) and you need to move fast.
