Hi, anyone here experienced filing a DTI complaint against Shopee or an online seller? My case is about a defective iPad with a visible dead pixel/black dot upon receipt. Shopee already denied my refund request after their quality check, so I escalated the matter to DTI. I was assigned a mediation officer last May 4 or 5, but I still haven’t received a mediation schedule or meeting notice yet.
Just wanted to ask how long it usually takes before DTI sends the mediation schedule after officer assignment. Thanks!
