I would like to know if it's been worth it or is there another option in Atlanta? Stuck after work for 3 hours or never picked up at all. Some drivers are awesome, pleasant and caring, but then others just never show up and then some in the call center dont even seem to care. I used the transit system for so many years but when it became risky to cross roads alone I was told hey do mobility, now I understand why a friend who is paralyzed on the left just kept rolling her eyes everytime I praised Marta .

Since a lot of passengers haven't received their cards why don't you just allow passengers to keep using their old cards instead of standing outside of headquarters?
