Dark Arbok wrong background for #2? Trying to figure out if these cards are fake are real- feel like they’ve been real up to this point

Background looks a bit greener than it’s supposed to but I’m also on familiar with the card

I was cleaning out my things and stumbled across this sealed KOD CD that I bought back in high school. I remember when they leaked the listening party for this album and how much hype it had.

The plastic is ripped on the side due to age / storage, but it's still sealed.
