So I have been dealing with customer support for around 2 months now. Haven’t gotten anywhere so far. Back and forth is frustrating. Have tried everything they have asked.

My wheel disconnects into compatibility mode randomly. It has happened about 10 times in a couple months time. I have done everything I can possibly think of to change. PSU,USB cable, I even changed wheel and QR2 mount. I’ve completely wiped formatted pc and started new. All software is up to date.
During a race the wheel will virtually full lock left and brake slams. Most of the time I wreck. When I look down the red button has changed to yellow. After a few seconds I can change it back to red with a push and car wheel will straighten out and I can drive off normally if I haven’t had damage. I’m hoping to get this resolved asap of course. Any idea what might be. CS emailing back and forth seems like a giant waste of time since I could explain everything in 3 minutes. It’s been 2 months. Base is still under warranty. Also it has boost pack. Doesn’t overheat. Just normal warmth on base during long session.
Kind of wondering if it is the button board itself. Hope anyone could chime in for any assistance. Thank you.
