I think they might only be available in Burning Shores, maybe in the skill tree? I reset my skill tree starting another NG+ a few days ago after the previous one and it had been over a year since I started the previous NG+ after finishing BS for the first time, so naturally, when I saw the fire, shock, etc. capsules to attach to your spear on the bottom left of the screen, I used them. I had continued the previous NG+ after over a year and finished a few days ago. However, I have no recollection how I got them or where/when. I hope you guys know what I'm talking about. After resetting my skill tree, they're gone, so I assume it must have something to do with that?
