I’m on the bus, it’s 9:30pm . Probably the last to second to last bus route on this track for the night.

Why do bus drivers make it seem like their paychecks rely on the riders fare?? Does it? Because:

As im sitting here, a guy politely asks the bus driver for a free ride to the next couple blocks. Mind you the bus has 3 people in it, including me. I get it to say no if the bus is full of people. But I can’t imagine saying no to someone who needs a ride and you’re the only public transportation. Like what is the big deal??

Is the $2 so important to you that you can’t let it slide? …I just hate that, and I feel so bad sometimes I want to just pay the persons fair for them, but I can barely afford it man.
