Can someone help me understand with examples the difference between Normal and Hexa under Boss 380?

For example, my Normal is 88k and Hexa is 80k. If I changed all my 6th job skills (masteries, skill nodes, ascent, origin) to level 29 in the scouter, Normal = Hexa at 88k. However, I guess I would have expected Normal to increase too.

How do I increase my normal? My gear? Familiars?

Thanks!

What frustrates you guys about CFA prep

Hi, I have an engineer background and I plan to get through CFA level 1 curriculum (have not registered yet).

I studied for another professional exam and although expensive, they at least give me lifetime access to my materials. The CFA program and test prep providers have predatory pricing and terms. You eventually lose access to your materials, you need to specify your license # and registration date, and the pricing is ridiculous.

My dream is to design a test prep, self-study website designed to help you learn how the brain learns best, active recall and spaced repetition, at an affordable price and friendly terms, with great support staff. I'll create the website as a side project, but wanted to get your guys' thoughts on what frustrates you guys about test prep providers?

The exam attempt is already very expensive at about $1.5-2k USD. If you can look at this from a developing country perspective, it's almost equivalent to the average salary per year.

I know the materials given by the CFA is sufficient and comes with the $1.5k price tag. However, I'd say majority of people opt for a test prep provider, so really each attempt is $2-3k. From my pov having not started but wanting to start the CFA journey, it looks like the CFA program conditions you to believe all these conditions are normal, but in actuality they are treating its members like cash cows.

Tl;dr I don't like how CFA and test prep providers make it pretty obvious they just want your money. I am PRO wanting to get more people CFA certifications and expanding our networks. Yes the exam and certification should be difficult - I am not arguing about that. But everywhere you turn its a triple digit - four digit price tag for a limited access/attempt.

I live in a condo and the walls are thin (you can think Tresor or Masteri Thao Dien). A new neighbor moved in and he and his partner are JAV actress/actresses or something, they scream like hyenas.

I recorded one instance so I have proof of the noise and noise level. It's clearly audible. I sent the video to my reception and their response was I need to call them up when the noise is happening lol bro mission impossible

This is a nightmare situation to be in. Anyone else have noisy neighbors and how did you deal with it?

* Talked to reception in fluent Vietnamese if it matters
