tw: suicidal ideation and CSA

I have a 2-degree Moon in Scorpio and a 5-degree Jupiter in Scorpio. Pluto has been squaring my Scorpio Moon since 2023. I've experienced:

all friendships end dramatically (including lifelong friends)
family estrangement after bringing childhood SA to light
mental health crisis (called a hotline multiple times when Pluto was EXACTLY squaring my moon in Fall 2025)
my natural optimism and curiosity for life dimmed drastically

Pluto will go retrograde and square my moon again two more times (Fall 2026 and Fall 2027) before this transit leaves this part of my chart for good.

It is SUCH a scary transit. I can't put into words how deep it drags you mentally.

There is also an isolation and loneliness to this transit that feels like it may permanently alter my brain chemistry. On the other side, I have learned how to emotionally regulate and become less reactive (I'm a Cancer Sun).

Has anyone else experienced this transit? I'd love to hear how you got through it
