If not, which mechanic would you suggest for a good price deal in terms of mechanic work for a car?

I am trying to book a car in June for a 10 days visit in Istanbul (included few days in Sapanca and then flying out from Sabiha, landing in IST)

There are many car rental companies to choose and I did some research and apparently there are fee shady comments about some companies.
