I guess this is a normal reaction? I haven't signed the contract yet, waiting on conveyancer. I have a mix of feelings:

am I overpaying? (my offer was accepted suspiciously quickly)
wanting a turnkey home instead of something that needs updating and dealing with all that
fussing over the floorplan
thinking I should go to the other auction this Saturday (that will cost 30% more), or maybe they'll accept an offer
not wanting to kick out the current tenants who've lived there for years
that I haven't signed the contract yet, so I can still back out

At this stage I feel like I'd be inconveniencing everyone to back out now. And I don't know if it's the right decision.
