I recently shifted to Lanka, Varanasi and I am searching for a good library where I could find and read some good novels. Till now I have no luck as I can only find the self study libraries. Can you guys recommend some?

Another thing I wanna know can you guys recommend some good salon for where I can fully trust the barber to not ruin my hair. I have curly hair so almost everytime I try a new barber I get bad results. I don't want that to happen now.
