Federal Remand
Hello. Diagnosed with bi-polar disorder, MDD, ADHD, and ptsd dissociative subtype and haven’t been able to work since 2019. I just received word that the fdc has reversed the alj denial and is remanding the case back with instructions. The federal judge found that the alj cherry picked good days to support his decision without considering the waxing and waning of symptoms. He also wrote that the alj cherry picked to support his decision to disregard my providers, the court appointed psychiatrist, and the vocational expert all of who said I can’t work and there is no work I can do. The fdc has provided instructions for the alj consider the waxing and waning of symptoms as well as the testimony of my doctors, the courts doctors and the ve. Overall the language also seemed really strong. Curious as to other people’s experiences and thoughts from this point. Thanks
