Lease transfer for 26-27 off-grounds housing
Hello!
Recently, one of my future roommates reached out about wanting to transfer out of UVA for the 26-27 school year. So we have a spot available for leasing, if any transfer students are interested in living off-grounds.
It's 3Bed1Bath, living with two males. Rent is ~$814 a month, utilities not included. House includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a couple driveway parking spots. It's a ~20 min walk to the stadium, roughly the same to the engineering school.
