Sudden spike in heart rate and blood pressure when I fall asleep
My heart rate and blood pressure sky rocket about 30mins- 1.5 hour after going to sleep, sometimes so bad it makes me completely empty my stomach, huge adrenaline spike makes me shake uncontrollably.
It’s not every night but at least twice a month. Sometimes goes on for hours but lately 20 mins. Has anyone had anything similar?
