Elastic nips

I’ve tried pumping pals & it worked for a bit. I also have the eufy s1 with 19mm flange (that’s what I measure at) But 2 weeks later, my nip hurts so bad. I’m using the blue silicon flange from pumping pals. But My left nip is elastic for sure. The right I don’t have much trouble with besides it being the slacker side. So I’m trying to figure out what to do for my left because the pain isn’t helping with production. I’ve sized my flange. But I read somewhere to size down for elastic so the areola isn’t being pulled in? should I size up? I’m at such a loss of what to do, very close to calling it quits. I’m 5 weeks PP and get about 2.5-3.5 oz per pump total. But an hour ago I got 1oz total and it’s def from the pain. HELP 😭

I’ve been pumping for 3 weeks and I’m at a loss. One side producers more than the other & I do get engorged and clogged ducts on that side. I massage, heat compress (before), ice (after). I pump every 2-3 hours. I’m taking sunflower lecithin. I check my flange sizing every week just in case because I did have to go up a size at like week 2. I’m drinking body armor, eating oatmeal, taking legendary supplements for supply. But it seems I just can’t produce more or consistent. When I have him nurse a little and pump an hour after I get like 4 oz. But if not I’m getting 1-2 oz and that’s it. Should I massage the entire pump? Is there something I can do? Everyone talks about the let down, but I don’t feel anything specific. I don’t know. Any thoughts? lol I don’t want a huge over supply but currently having to do formula because he’s eating more and I ran out in my pitcher… so today we are doing formula while I stock my pump supply back up. I do have elastic nipples & saggy breast. They are very heavy!
