tmi!!!! as the title says, i (22f) have experienced what I only can describe as outer vaginal dysuria for as long as ive been sexually active (9 years) and im not sure what the common denominator is here

i keep a pretty clean ship but I am sexually active , and have experienced various combinations of activities that could/have definitely caused uti’s. however no matter how clean and careful I am about it, I often experience (mostly) outer vaginal dysuria at least 75% of the time i am sexually active. I take cranberry extract daily, drink 70+ ounces of water daily, shower daily and try to avoid fragrances in the area, I pee immediately after intercourse and have been sti checked as of three months. no matter what I do (or even my partners do, since that definitely makes an impact ) it feels like I always end up with this feeling of discomfort after intercourse/masturbation.

I dont have anyone in my life I feel really comfortable asking straight up, and I dont have a primary physician. is this a common thing for you ladies? am I likely just ultra sensitive, or prone to uti’s? or is this how yall are living too? whats the secret to avoiding it? are my partners all just disgusting? thanks for indulging yall
