Got a new apartment last week I have slowly been moving stuff in. Today I plugged a toaster into one of the outlets in the bedroom and the ceiling lights started going on and off. I tried all the outlets same results and lights also flickering in the second bedroom and bathroom. I tried plugging in other devices like a phone same result no matter how small the device is.
