Posting on behalf of my sister.
An Affordable House through the Co.Co is becoming available near me.
My question here is (whilst I wait for Revenue & CoCo to come back to me) there are 2 prices on the infographic:
-Min Purchase Price (€370k)
-Market Value (€450k)
In order to avail of the HTB, criteria states I need to borrow 70% of the house price.
Does that mean I need to borrow 70% of the €370k or the €450k ?
