Ultherapy/Ultherapy Prime - long term effects and clinic recommendations?
Has anyone had bad side effects from ultherapy/ultherapy prime? I've done ultherapy once and ultherapy prime once. I've also had Potenza RF microneedling 3-4x. I didn't notice much with the potenza but I did notice a light lift with ultherapy. As I am aging I noticed more sagging so considering doing more ultherapy but worried it will continue to melt away the "good fat" in my skin (therefore aging it even more). I hear so many mixed reviews about it.
I am 46 years old now and lucky that I've aged decently but I notice thinning and sagging on my forehead. I want to do ultherapy there but also on my cheeks. I have enough fat on my cheeks I'm not too worried but my forehead is concerning. Any advice or clinics that you recommend?
I started looking into a facelift but got overwhelmed with the number of clinics and bad/fake reviews. I might just do a skin treatment trip first and explore options in person before committing to that at a later date.
