Hi all 1 am new here as above I have a UTI called enterococcus Faecalias didn't even know this ever existed! I had a stitch in place and I am shit scared about going in to labour early it says every where it can lead to preterm birth and it's so hard to get rid of! Is there anyone who has had a similar UTI I need to hear some stoys please to put my mind at ease .. I have been give a 7 day amoxicillin course

EDIT! I also have a cerclage in which makes it worse for me mentally and physically 😒

Hi all as my title says I am 23 weeks nearly and I have had a fall today to say I have the above name UTI I didn’t know these even existed doctor called me up and told me to come in chewed my stitch all was ok.. I feel fine in myself but after reading comments online it says it’s hard to get rid of and can be dangerous😩😩 has anyone experienced this in pregnancy if so some advice and experiences would be appreciated
I have been given a 7 day amoxicillin course
