I have a shrub type vine with a. root system that is never ending. I have followed it to the ends of the earth. if I simply cut them, they sprout elsewhere. I am at a loss. I was trying to clear the area for a garden and now I feel like the effort is futile. any ideas hw to get rid of them ?
