Hey everyone,

I’m applying for a Japan eVisa from Canada and had a quick question about proof of funds.

I’m planning a 15-day trip to Japan and currently have about $8k CAD in my bank account. Do you think that’s sufficient for visa purposes (they ask for two months bank statement? I plan to keep the trip fairly mid-range (not super luxury, airbnbs, public transit, the usual tourist destinations).

Looking to apply for short term stay evisa (tourism). I am wondering if i need to book flights before applying. I would appreciate if someone who went recently could respond to this. thanks :)
