Wife is American. From 2008 to 2011 she drew and sold chibi-style art. Think small cute characters. These were drawn and sold in the USA were they are protected under the 1st Amendment.
Wife moved to the UK in 2012 and we got married in 2015.
Police arrested her today and have seized all electronic devices in our home. (I'm currently writing from my parent's house.) The grounds for the arrest was under the Coroners and Justice Act 2009.
She's been in the police station for almost 12 hours now. I haven't heard a word and police won't tell me anything when I call.
She never drew or sold any while she was in the UK.
Is there anything I can do at this point?
