I’ve currently an AIN and I am at the referee stage for another AIN position I recently applied for in a different health district and they require one of the referees to be a direct manager. I think because I’m still new (4 months in) in my current job and I work casually, none of the managers I’ve approached wanted to be my referee. I’m a bit lost as to what to do at this point :(
