Brown first pic is what I imagined, blue is what I got. They put an exterior blue wall on the inside of the closed-in garage. Means we cannot frame out/ run electric on that one wall easily, and we were very explicit we were framing out. Also means frankly the building looks like crap and it upsets me to go outside and even look at it.
Is there anything that can be done? They are telling me the braces (for Florida) mean they cannot do it any other way, but I do not see why they cannot put the exterior wall below the braces (which are right at the top of the closed in bit) in the RV section so that we can finish out the inside of the garage as we originally planned.
At no time was I given a color or detailed representation, but I was crystal clear that we were framing out the inside.
