
I started taking my fitness seriously in the past year and I feel myself getting stronger and I see the growth in my pictures but recently I started gaining weight which is the complete opposite of what I want. I do eat healthy but tbh I could be a little better with protein n less sugar intake. Any advice? Or is my body dysmorphia getting in the way again lolll
For reference:
-workout 3x week, different muscle groups
-HIIT workout 1x week
