I’ve previously received an O1 and am currently putting together a new application for an agent-based O1. I haven’t been trusting my lawyer’s input as much given the current environment.

Three years ago my funding has been accepted as an award using Zizi vs. Cuccinelli as an argument.

However, I’ve heard that accelerator acceptance like Y Combinator are almost never accepted as an award anymore. Is the same true for funding?

Has anyone here gotten funding as an award approved in the past 6 months?

My understanding is that due to layoffs at NSC Californian petitions go to Texas now.

Was anyone’s petition recently routed to NSC? If so, where are you from?
