Last night I opened a bottle I have had before nothing special just a reliable red. I poured it at a friend’s place into a different glass and it felt like a different wine. The aroma opened up more and the finish actually stayed instead of fading out. When I tried the same bottle again at home in my usual thicker glasses, it went back to tasting flat. I ended up switching to Glasvin and now I cannot ignore the difference. Anyone else notice this or just me?
