David Attenborough, cassette die-hard…

Listening to a radios interview with him on my way to work this morning and the subject of “Desert Island Discs” was mentioned. Apparently if he’s away from home he takes a briefcase with him containing a cassette player (he didn’t mention which but likely a D6C as the BBC used loads of them) and a selection of forty cassettes. No CDs, no MP3s, just cassettes. That’s dedication to the format.
