My payment due date was April 30th, and I somehow missed it. On May 4th, I received a WhatsApp reminder saying the amount was overdue.
When I checked, I was charged ₹600 + GST as a late payment fee.
Has anyone been in a similar situation and managed to get the fee reversed? Any tips on how to approach customer support for a waiver would be really helpful!
