Replacing email-based Power Bl analysis with SharePoint hub + Copilot — does this approach make sense?

Right now, our Power Bl reporting process is pretty messy:

  1. once power bi report is updated (monthly), analysts send analysis via email
  2. Screenshots are manually added
  3. Threads get long with follow-ups, have different subject names
  4. Hard to find historical insights (e.g. "all March analyses")

I'm proposing to move this into a centralized setup using SharePoint:
• Each report gets an article (page) when analysis is done (written manually by analysts)
• Report is embedded (no screenshots)
• Each article is tagged with: Report Name, Month (e.g. March 2026)

Users can:
• Filter all analyses for a month
• View one report across time
• Follow-ups happen in comments instead of email

Copilot usage:
• Summary of report for the last 6 months
• Generate a monthly summary based on all articles (text-based, not data-level)

Is there a more simple way to do this? And is this one possible?
