new lower right back pain with sharp shocks and then clenching spasms. have chronic pain but this is different
hey friends, i’ve dealt with chronic pain from RA and fibro, but this sudden new back pain is something else! It started off as an ouch my back when i would bend over, but now it’s a a full blown disaster. the pain is absolutely excruciating and goes from a long shock to what i can best describe as someone grabbing and yanking or squeezing all my back muscles and contractions where i almost can’t breathe.
i have what i thought was as a high pain tolerance but this has me yelping out loud every time it triggers. none of the area hurts to touch but if i make the tiniest movement it can set it off. obviously sitting standing getting out of bed, but even the most simple adjustments i try to make when lying down. sneezing, coughing the whole shebang.
pain meds and heat haven’t done anything and kaiser is moving slow to getting me an appointment. any thoughts?
