This is located on my butt check, near the hole. I have noticed this last September, only 2 bumps. Now it increased in number. I am worried that my bf is not faithful.

At first this was not painful, but it increased and size and number. Fluid filled. Some of it popped. I noticed the increased number when i started wearing panty liners and sanitary pads during menstruation

Please help.
