Hi am new to rideshare world , i created an empower account few months ago with one of my dummy emails , i was just playing around to see how it works but i was not ready to drive yet , fast forward to few weeks ago now i was ready to drive and i created a new account with my real email address but it was suspended and also the old one suspended due to duplicate info i guess and since i have tried reaching out to empower customer service or IT but nothing they responded once and since then its been like a month now nothing and i have written several times and yet still nothing .. Please any advice on how to go about this ?
