Epic Games is restricting the ability to contact support for unknown reasons

I've tried numerous times to send support requests but always met with this screen.

To experiment I logged into another account and it worked to submit a support request (to my surprise) so afterwards I head back on my regular account to do so, it is still restricted for unknown reasons.

Epic Games refusing to answer questions? Anyone else experiencing this?

So I hopped into a game 1h 30 after I started the missions, they were shown as complete. Got in a lobby with some griefers so I hopped back into main menu, and right back into a server. to my surprise the missions were unfinished at this point, with 1hour remaining to finish.
