should i follow alk sir's old lectures (on screen ones) on mohit tyagi channel or the newer whiteboard lectures on competishun+

I m watching his playlist of mole concept and his teaching is very good but illustrations are very less so to practice more q what should i follow competishun sheets and reso sheets? And when like after watching full chp or after each lecture?
