I have an Ibanez sr506A and im not in love with the sound of the pickups. They just have a very specific sound im not a fan of. (They are Bartolini BH2 pickups). Would there be a way to rewire the pickups/preamp to make them sound like jazz bass pickups? I was debating buying some EMG 45JX pickups with their B64EQ system, but it's pretty expensive. If there is a way, could you please explain it? Thanks
