Hey everyone, I’m planning to set up a small breakfast stall (tea, snacks, and basic breakfast) inside the Regulated Market in Siliguri.

Since this area is managed by the Market Committee, I wanted to know:

Do I need a specific allotment or permit from the Regulated Market Committee office? If yes then Who is the right person to approach at the market office to discuss?
