I signed a 1-year lease for an apartment in Binghamton, but I will no longer be staying in Binghamton, so I’m looking for someone to take over my spot in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom second-floor apartment. While the official lease runs from May 26, 2026, through May 26, 2027, I am open to a start date that works for you—ideally in August right as the school year begins.

The Space:

Shared with 2 roommates and one cat.
Located in Johnson City—only a 12-minute walk to the Decker School of Nursing and School of Pharmacy.
Large backyard with off-street parking.

Rent & Amenities:

Rent: $475/month (Total $1425/month split 3 ways).
Included: Trash removal, newly installed central AC, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, and fridge.
Not included: Water, heat, and wifi.
