Is there a good way to remove the galvanizing from this 16 guage before welding it i tried the grinder but it made the edges awful thin and hard to weld is there a disc that can just remove galv and not material, hate welding thru this shit it always looks terrible and its gonna kill me lol guess im the only one at my small shop who cares everyone else just welds thru it but it fucks the tungsten up and is just a nasty weld

Really just struggling to be consistent im basically just learning to weld so im not too disappointed anything anyone can say to help just by looking at these would help
