First of all, to clarify, I am not self-promoting my novel; I am just describing the problems I encountered while writing. You will not see me posting the name of my novel.

When I was describing a first male lead (a positive character), I barely managed to put together two chapters depicting his difficult struggles; when I was describing the second male lead (a negative character), after I finished writing about how bad and depraved he was, I realized I had spent five chapters and still want to add more details...

Because the main male lead is too upright, he can't be involved in many dirty things. I only arranged for him to have an ex-girlfriend and a current wife. After he gets married, he can only have sex with his own wife. As for the villainous second male lead, I can arrange for him to sleep with all kinds of women and even men.
