Is it like worth it or safe to get this account I was wondering if its worth buying but the thing stopping me is the offer description E-Mail can not be changed until July 2026.

I can't link it till 2027 and i cant change the email upon purchase but the seller did say Full Access (You get Full Control over the E-Mail)
