Hi po! L4 hair salon that does cheaper bleach and vibrant dye jobs?

I looked at some salons kasi na umaabot 13k - 20k but it isn't really in my range.

Anybody know mga salons with cheaper bleach/dye rates? I wanna see all my salon options before I give in to DIY at home bleach🥹😭
