Young professional looking for an apartment in Atlanta, wondering about the following options:

Lumen at Grant Park

Elan Madison Yards

Broadstone Upper Westside

Broadstone Pullman

My priorities are safe, quieter, walkable areas that don't have frequent car break-ins, friendly, responsive and transparent management, and, preferably, most fees included in the rent (no/minimal hidden fees/additional expenses). Preference for a modern building with a gym. The upper limit of the budget is 1900. Also, I would appreciate the level of traffic in the immediate area. Also what guest parking situation looks like.
